Inductors shall be reflowed onto P.C board using 63Sn/37Pb solder paste.Solder process shall be 230C for 2 seconds and 260C for 5 seconds.

For 1008 and 0805 serise:20N

For 0603 serise:10N

To solder the inductor onto the test board,and to impose sepcified static thrust onto it as shown.The inductor should be free of damage.

Thermal shock

There shall be no case deformation or change in appearance.
Inductance shall not be change more than 5%
Q shall not be change more than 10%.


The inductor shall be processed for 10 cycles of following steps:
1:To be kept at -40 degree fro 15 minutes.
2:To be kept at +125 degree for 15 minutes.
To be recovered at room temperature for 1 hour after testing then to measure it.

Low temperature storage

There shall be no case deformation or change in appearnce.
Inductance shall not be change more than 5%.
Q shall not be change more than 10%.

Inductors shall be subjected to -40C for 48+2 hours.

Inductors shall be tested after 24 hours at room temperature and shall be no case deformation or change in appearance.

Risistance to humidity

There shall be no case deformation or change in appearance.
Inductance shall not change more than 5%.
Q shall not be change more than 10%.


As per MIl-STD202-106,the inductor to be processed for 10 cycles
(24 hour per cycle) at the temperature of 25 degree to 65 degree and the humidity of 80% to 95%.In any of the preceding 9 cycles,the inductor should be stored at -10 degree for 3 hours.After test,the inductor to be recovered at romm temperature for 2 hours for measurement.

High temperature

There shall be no case deformation or change in appearance.
Inductance shall not be change more than 5%.
Q shall not be change more than 10%.

Inductors shall be subjected to 125C for 48+2 hours.

Inductors shall be tested after 24 hours at room temperature and shall be no case deformation or change in appearance

Viabration

There shall be no case deformation or change in appearance.
Inductance shall not be change more than 5%.

Q shall not be change more than 10%.

Inductors shall be randomly vibrated per GJB360.13 for frequency of 10~55 Hz ,magnitute of 0.75mm , 2 hours per axis,for each for 3 axes

Life
There shall be no case deformation or change in appearance.

Inductors shall be stored at 85+2C for 1000 hours with rated current applied.
